Japanese Speaking Customer Services Officer (カスタマーサポートサービス)

Job Responsibilities

Handle clients or business partners enquiries
Perform business admin duties and follow up on outstanding issues
Assistant to Business Development Manager
Prepare seminar for Business Development Manager
Assist on ad hoc jobs

Requirements

Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test – Level 1 or 2) plus either English/ Chinese
Willing to learn and hard working
Good servicing manner
Patient, self-motived, passionate for better career development
Experience in customer service field is an advantage
Passed IIQE Exam is an advantage

・お客様及び代理店からのお問い合わせ対応

・管理業務およびアウトスタンディングのフォローアップ

・セールスマネージャーのアシスト

・セミナー開催時のアシスト

・臨時業務に対するアシスト

募集要項

・日本語を母国語とし英語もしくは中国語がビジネスレベルの方

・ビジネスマナーがあり、コミュニケーション能力の高い方

・何事にも屈せず、学ぼうという意思をお持ちの方

・カスタマーサポートの経験をお持ちの方尚可

・IIQEペーパー１、３、５(保険ブローカー資格)をお持ちの方優遇

・ビザお持ちの方歓迎
